Keep your Mobile Phone Safe!

Celebrations and public events are a hotspot for thieves

2012 is being heralded as the year of events, with the UK hosting the Olympics and Paralympics, the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee, the London 2012 festival – as well as all the annual music festivals.

Smartphones are becoming increasingly popular and accessible to young people – but even when a stolen Smartphone is blocked, thieves can still connect to the internet using a WiFi connection, access email accounts, social networking profiles and other personal information stored on the phone.
